What is covered?
Your VRS® Racing hardware is covered for 3 years from your purchase date.
This warranty ensures your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Covered products include all VRS® Racing hardware.
What's not covered?
This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use with non-VRS® parts. It also excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and issues from not following product instructions.

Upgradable Torque Wheel Base FAQs
How does the upgradeable torque level work?
After purchasing the wheelbase you’ll also receive a code that sets the wheelbase at the torque level you purchased. Once you unlock the torque level, you have permanent access to it.
Is the upgrade permanent?
Yes, the upgrade is a one-time process, once you activate the torque level you purchased, your wheelbase will have that torque level unlocked permanently.
Can I upgrade the wheelbase more than once?
Yes, you only pay the difference and you can increase the torque level in steps - no extra fees!
I am an existing DFP Pro Wheelbase user, does this affect me?
Not at all, existing wheelbases at 20Nm won’t be affected in any way.
Will unlocked 20Nm bases continue to be sold?
Normal 20Nm bases will continue being sold on the shop, just as before, this new product is a separate offering for those that like the idea of buying in steps.
Will the new upgradeable wheelbase require internet connection?
The base will NOT require an internet connection (or running the config tool) apart from when activating/unlocking a torque level for the upgradeable base.
Can I sell my upgradeable wheelbase?
Selling your wheelbase works just as before, the new owner will receive it at the torque level you had and they can upgrade at any time they like.
